2025 Year in Review – Keeping Missouri on the Road

As the final sun sets on 2025, the team at United Axle Missouri is taking a moment to look back at the miles we’ve covered and the Missouri businesses we’ve helped keep in motion. From the bustling hubs of St. Louis and Kansas City to the scenic routes of the Ozarks, it has been a year defined by one goal: eliminating downtime through superior engineering.

A Year of “The Threaded Advantage”

In 2025, we saw a significant shift in the Missouri trucking community. More fleet managers and owner-operators moved away from the “patch and pray” method of weld-on spindle repairs and embraced the threaded spindle technology.

This year alone, our mobile units saved thousands of hours of downtime for our clients. We’ve performed replacements on the shoulders of I-44, in the middle of harvest fields in the Bootheel, and in terminal yards during the dead of night. Every time a driver pulled away with a United Axle spindle, they did so with the confidence that their axle was now stronger and more serviceable than it was the day it rolled off the assembly line.

Lessons Learned on the Missouri Roadways

Reflecting on the past twelve months, a few key themes emerged for Missouri’s heavy-duty industry:

  • Weather Resilience: Our threaded technology proved its worth through the freeze-thaw cycles of February and the record-breaking humidity of July.

  • The Power of Mobile: As shop wait times across the state increased, the ability to bring the solution directly to the truck became a competitive necessity for high-performing fleets.

  • Serviceability is Key: We’ve already seen the long-term benefits for clients who had a UA spindle installed early in the year; when minor bearing issues arose later, the “swap-and-go” nature of our serviceable spindles turned potential disasters into routine maintenance.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we turn the calendar, our commitment to Missouri remains the same. The trucking industry is the backbone of our state’s economy, and we are proud to be the specialists who keep that backbone strong. We are expanding our mobile reach and continuing to educate the industry on why “Replace” is always better than “Repair.”

Whether you’ve been with us all year or are just now discovering the United Axle difference, we want to thank you for trusting us with your equipment. Here’s to a prosperous, safe, and high-mileage 2026. If the road gets rough and your spindles fail, remember—United Axle Missouri is just one phone call away.
